Guanidine phosphate, with the molecular formula usually expressed as CH₆N₃ · H₃PO₄ (or more precisely C (NH₂)₃H₂PO₄), has a molecular weight of approximately 170.09 and is a salt compound formed by guanidine and phosphoric acid. It is usually a white crystalline powder or crystal. Products with higher purity have a pure white color and no obvious impurities. It is highly soluble in water, and its aqueous solution is colorless and transparent (for example, a 4% aqueous solution is clear without turbidity). It has poor solubility in organic solvents.

Product Usage

As an important organic intermediate, it is used in the synthesis of guanidine derivatives, pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemical products, such as the precursor substances of certain antibacterial drugs and dyes. Due to its rich content of nitrogen (about 25%) and phosphorus (about 18%), it can be used as a nitrogen-phosphorus compound fertilizer or fertilizer additive to provide nutrients for crops
