Polyvinyl chloride paste resin (referred to as PVC paste resin), also known as dispersed PVC resin, is an important branch of polyvinyl chloride resin. It appears as white fine powder with extremely small particle size. The particle size of the dried finished product is usually between 30 and 80μm, and the primary particle size formed during the polymerization process is only 0.2 to 2μm. It can disintegrate and be reduced to primary particles in plasticizers, forming a stable paste-like fluid.

Polyvinyl chloride paste resin can be widely used in the production of various products such as artificial leather, vinyl toys, wallpaper, medical gloves, automotive interior materials, coatings and adhesives through multiple processes including coating, impregnation and casting.
